About the Artist

I've always loved to paint, my dad was a hobby painter and I was inspired by the watercolours that he painted. Most of my childhood was spent living in at least a dozen places around country Victoria I ended up at Gippsland Institute doing fine art. After taking a break from painting and raising my three boys I naturally went back to my creative side and have been manic ever since studying and perusing art all over the world. I have spent this time gathering insight and methodology in order to paint the best possible art.
Over the past few years I have been mainly painting commissioned works which include portraits, wedding portraits, children's portraits, Abstracts, landscapes and seascapes. I am currently working towards a public exhibition in 2010 but not before I take a short trip to Venice for some inspiration.
